How to Apply

  1. Remove the panty from its individual wrapper
  2. Pull up like your regular underwear and position your panties for comfortable fit
  3. Tear seams on both side to remove
  4. Roll up into white pouch provided to dispose

When to Change

  • When it feels damp or uncomfortable
  • Before and after physical activities
  • Every 4-6 hours as a general guideline for optimal freshness
  • Discontinue use if irritation occurs, consult a physician if needed

Disposal Instructions

  • Wrap the used panty in its original wrapper or toilet paper
