📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking number once it ships.

Standard Shipping (2–4 business days)

📬 FREE for orders over S$25

💌 S$1.80 flat rate for orders under S$25

 

🌏 International Shipping

We are not offering international shipping at the moment—but we’re working on it!

🚫 Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier service or reach out to us at support@fluffypads.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

 



🔄 Return to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, you may choose:

  1. Reshipment (additional shipping fees apply), or
  2. Refund (excluding original shipping cost)
