At Fluffy, your comfort and satisfaction mean everything to us. While we do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons, we’re happy to offer exchanges under specific conditions to ensure you always get the best experience.


🛍️ What Can Be Exchanged?

We accept exchanges only if:

  • You received the wrong item (e.g. wrong size, type, or quantity).
  • The item arrived damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • There is a manufacturer issue that affects usage.

🩸 Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, all items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for exchange.


🔄 How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Here’s how:

  • Your Order ID
  • A clear photo/video of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

Email us at info@fluffypads.sg with:

  1. Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days.
  2. Once approved, we’ll arrange the exchange at no extra cost to you.

📦 Exchange Shipping Info

  • If the error is on our end, we’ll cover the return and reshipment.
  • If the exchange request is due to customer error (e.g. wrong size ordered), the customer will bear the two-way shipping fee.

⚠️ Non-Exchangeable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Items that have been opened or used
  • Items requested for exchange after 7 days of delivery
  • Items not purchased directly from our website or official partners
