How to Apply

  1. Remove the panty liner from its individual wrapper
  2. Peel off the adhesive backing strip from the bottom
  3. Place the sticky side firmly onto the center of your underwear's crotch area
  4. Press down to ensure it adheres securely
  5. Adjust for comfort if needed

When to Change

  • When it feels damp or uncomfortable
  • Before and after physical activities
  • Every 4-6 hours as a general guideline for optimal freshness
  • Discontinue use if irritation occurs, consult a physician if needed

Disposal Instructions

  • Wrap the used liner in its original wrapper or toilet paper
  • Place in a waste bin
  • Do NOT flush down the toilet - this can clog plumbing and harm the environment
